I like John Nolte and normally agree with most of what he writes. Here's his review of "Civil War" with spoilers:

I disagree with Nolte drawing a parallel between the film's President and Trump—there's nothing about the film's President that's even remotely Trump-like.
Also, an "Antifa massacre" is mentioned in the film, but we get no clue as to who was massacred or who was doing the massacring (but an unrelated army sniper team oddly has antifa-like multicolored hair and gaudy fingernail polish).
Lastly, near the ending, the "photojournalists" don't clearly have authorization to embed with the army—they just insanely insert their bodies between soldiers in the midst of a ferocious firefight. Instead of butt-stroking them, the soldiers lovingly shepherd them all the way to the White House then belatedly order them to stay out of their way.
Gagh! I just wasted more time on this crappy movie.
